I am looking for information on terran made celestial objects, intra- and inter-system, including location, trajectory and purpose. A story just popped into my head and won't let me be. Thanks :)

I thought that was caused by interstellar medium interfering with outbound movement as the craft made its way through the solar system towards the heliosphere, kinda like dust in the wind? But it does give me a couple of ideas to incorporate. Thanks!
