Dear Susan, your stories have become as children to me...and as I wish you and yours the best of health. I have to say, and I don't think I will be alone...we all miss the terribly. Please forgive us, your writing is a solid anchorage in a turbulent sea. In the morning, I'll start my cup of tea, and instead of snacking with my drink. I find myself enjoying one of your stories, enjoying a heart cleansing cry for one or more of your characters. As I finish your story, I look at my drink and it is finished, then I look outside and realize the sun is always brighter... and you allow me to start my day on a high that lasts me from chapter to chapter. Please forgive me for being selfish, Mary.
