I'm on my way to the second chapter of Crystal Friend, and I could use some help. In this second chapter, there are major revelations (or so I think) and I'd like to get it right. So if anyone was willing to do some proofreading work, I'll be glad to send them an early version. So they can help me get it right.
Also, if anyone knows how to link story pages to a title page, I'd like to know how. Or if anyone knows how to remove the “1. Chapter 1” from the title page (see link above). I think it is enough to have only one list of chapters, no need to have it duplicated.

Outline Tab for Linking
The outline tab is for linking pages together using Title Pages.
There are two lists of chapters made, one at the bottom of the title page and one in the upper right corner of the screen. The one in the upper corner is visible on all pages of the "book" and includes links to other parts of the hierarchy for multiple level linking. The one at the bottom of the Title Page includes only those pages that are directly below the title page. Most of the time, this means they are identical but they actually have different purposes.
That's the way it works and neither of them is removable. Still, you'll be amazed how many people send me private messages asking why we don't include some way of linking pages in serials together. :)

Strange text on title page
Is gone. Please feel free to critique it further...
You can always reach the title page directly by selecting the "Up" link in the middle of the navigation bar at the bottom of the story. The other links (or only one if you're at the start or end of the list) point to the previous story chapter or to the next.
Authors can do this on their own in a two-step process.
In other words, a chapter named My Title - 1 is a good start, because you can add eight more parts or chapters before you have to tweak the sort order. On the other hand, My Title - Part I is awkward, because roman numerals don't sort very well using ordinary alphabetical sorting, which is all you have available.
Aside from naming the chapters consistently, authors don't have to do this if they don't want to. Someone will come along and do it for you if the story sits in separate pieces for any length of time. On the other hand, some authors like to design elaborate title pages with graphic images and whatnot, so it may be something you want to do eventually.
