It's called "Ready? OK"
"In this poignant comedy, a single Mom struggles to understand her young son's obsession with dresses, dolls and girls' cheer-leading. With the recent death of her absent father, her wayward brother returns home, compelling them all to face themselves and what it truly means to be a "family" "

Comments
It has a High rating on IMDB
But has a very limited number of votes and only one (very positive) viewer review. Here's the link: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1067084/
Netflix has it. The comments from people (on Netflix) that have seen it are very positive. I've gone ahead and put it at the top of my que. It's shown as "short wait" which sometimes I get right away, and other times it can take a few return cycles.
The comments I've looked at so far refer to gay rather than transgender.

Thanks - went ahead and watched it..
be warned the divx version is missing part 2. Or at least it was coming up with 0 minutes, and would not start.
It was a touching movie, the boy is more likely gay then TG, but it is still an entertaining movie, well acted.
Enjoy.
Hugs,
Kristy
