Does anyone else get this? I have checked the Remember Me box for my log in, but it never does and with just about every time I come to the site, I have to log in again. And with that comes this error:

I'll get this error 3-5 times before it allows me to log in and see Big Closet. Does this happen to anyone else? Any ideas on how to fix it? I'm running Firefox 119.0.1 (64-bit), but it's happened on multiple lower versions between updates to Firefox.

Browser cache
This looks like you tried to log in, had an error, and your browser cached the error message. Now, it presents you the error message again as if it just happened. Yes, I've had this behavior on Firefox, Chrome, and Safari, and the solution is to clear the browser cache memory.
If that doesn't work, we'll have to ask Piper to look at it.

The browser is set to dump
The browser is set to dump cache and cookies after each instance closes, but Big closet was on the exception list. I've turned off the dump, still keeping Big Closet on the exception list and I'll see what happens.

Closed and re-opened and it let me in no error. I'll keep tracking. Thanks Erin!
