Chicago, IL, USA (my home? town) does about 800 murders per year.
For many of victims, the killers were not in a position to ascertain sex, age, gender, orientation ...
It seems they were live targets ... just for ...'fun' ... targets.
Or the killer can't even aim well enough to take out only the intended target (ex: rival gang member(s)).
Or even know, or care. about the second or third rule of gun safety: What gets hit when the bullets miss, or go thru, the intended target?
