I'm curious to gather input on the question 'what makes a successful Patreon' in terms of TG content? I've started one, and it's slowly gathering patrons, but I see others with hundreds and frankly could really use the income. I'm willing to broaden my TG horizons but I wondered:
A: What kind of content draws Patrons: Graphic Novels, Written novels, shorter works?
B: What heat level should it be? On a scale of old school marm (ankles only!) to cumslut factor 11 (You, like, wear clothes?) what draws in the membership?
C: What kind of TG is 'hawt!' right now? Forced Femme, Sissification, Slow transformation, genderblender?
Granted, lately I've been a bit pre-occupied with age progression stories which seem to have a small niche, but I'm done with most of my Works in Progress and could use some ideas for material moving forward.
Any input would be very helpful!

To be quite honest
To be quite honest, most of the successful Patreon users are already using another platform first. They're (usually) a Youtuber, streamer, or have some other platform where they have a following. Then (usually) they use Patreon for extra content they can't show on those other platforms, or special content. For instance, a Youtuber I like that does artwork, uses their Patreon for more artwork that they couldn't get around to showing in a video.
It really depends on what you personally want to attract. If you want it adult oriented, do adult oriented. (Though there are better platforms for that.) Another good way to attract users is putting feelers out on other places like Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. You ultimately have to decide what kind of audience you want to attract.
As far as suggestions on what to do next, some users ask their patrons what they should do next. People are more inclined to join you on your journey if they know something of interest is coming down the pipe. If you wanna go that route it can sometimes be a good way to keep loyal patrons.

Blogging here is a good way to attract attention to your Patreon. If you (or anyone else) are a BC author or your content is T*-related, you can blog about it here once or twice a week. It is designed as a community resource.

I don't think I've paid attention to ANY Patreon content producer that I didn't find and follow elsewhere first. I think Patreon is a good way for a successful artist with a following to provide additional paid content.
As for what might be successful? I suggest you follow DeviantArt, Twitch, Twitter, Youtube, etc. and find successful artists that are generating content that you personally like and might be good at producing too. Then see where else they go to to produce paid content.

FWIW, I enjoy the longer stories with in depth character development, "action" and slow transformation. "Hawt level" - sexy as hell yet cumslut as appropriate to the story and not vice versa. Some authors who do this format really well are WolfJess77, Snowfall, Shiraz, Teddie S. T.D. Aldonetti/Anesedora's Urn, Angel O'Hare to mention a few, though not meant to slight any other's. These are the one's that come most easily to my mind. There are way too many others to even think of a list of favorites. I second the suggestion about Cover Art fro DeviantArt.
