Oh FUDGE just when I find out everything's okay, I just got a call from Sephrena last night saying that she has toxic shock syndrome, and they caught it just in time, but she won't be back till hopefully today. Apparently she told me mew that the pads she was using for her post operational care were giving her a severe allergic reaction, and caused the swelling to intensify, the doctor is doing his best to care for her, but please keep her in your prayers, I'm really worried mew ;_;

*sigh*
That's the LAST thing she needs, poor kid. Tell her she's in our prayers and we need her to come home safe and healthy.
Hugs

toxic shock
There are many excellent new drugs and treatments which may be used to counter this... the anitrejection needs may complicate it a bit but this should not be too terribly serious... You say they have caught it early so the odds are good...
I have been carefully watching the comments made concerning Sephrena and of your obvious concern. The two of you are a good pairing...
Is she still located to the South South East of Bangkok??? as near as I may determine about 34 klicks???
I shall pray for you both and my well wishes are ever here for the two of you.

God Bless You All...
Yes, I'm sure she is still in Chonburi, SSE of Bangkok
The hospital Dr. Suporn uses is very large, very up to date, and well staffed, as I am sure any girls who have been there will tell you..
I was a patient there 2 years ago, for a kidney stone, and one of the specialists who saw me was a doctor who was assistant surgeon when I had surgery in 1980 at Stanford Hospital.
Even though I was with someone else, not a patient of Dr Suporn, his staff and wife made arrangements to get me to the hospital and provided a translator to make sure there was good communication, as my Thai is almost non-existent. Although some of the Emergency Room staff are weak in English, there were enough who spoke good English, I didn't really need the help.
I am sure Dr. Suporn and the hospital staff are doing everything that could be done in the US for Sephrena.

Sephrena, our thoughts are with you!
Get better soon!

I wish the best for her.
I wish the best for Sephrena, I really do. I hope and believe she gets better. This may sound strange but it almost fits. That poor soul would roll snake eyes with loaded dice, loaded to roll sevens. If it weren't for bad luck, she would have no luck at all. In all of this though Sephrena is a survivor and a fighter. I pray that she gets well and returns to her soulmate.
She really needs to live a happy life for a change. One in which she is everything she has hoped and fought for.
Love,
Paula
