Chapter One -- and 8 to End
The part one that is still up is not the same as what is in the published version. The Kindle version has been expanded to add more context.
I will also soon take down the parts that go to Books 2 and 3 (chapter 8 through end), since they will ultimately be published, as well. Book 3, in particular, has been expanded to include additional content and round out the ending.
I would also really appreciate any reviews/comments you could add on Kindle/Amazon.
One other thing that I've found out--and I apologize to all other authors! If you don't actually read the book if you have it on Kindle Unlimited (or, at least scroll through to the end), then it doesn't count towards a 'purchase'--it's prorated according to how far you get in the book. I've downloaded my 10 books on KU and will get to reading them, but it won't help the rating until I do.

Can't wait
Finished book one last night and can't wait for the rest of the story in books 2 and 3. I remember a lot of it from its time on here but still enjoying it.
Thanks for the support!
I really appreciate it!

Excellent, as usual!
I have enjoyed your work over time and this re-write is done in your interesting fashion. I left you 5 stars on Amazon and I am waiting to see the next book. Thank you for sharing your talent with us.
Thanks, Bobbie Sue!
I appreciate your support, as always!

Very Difficult To Comment on Amazon.
I love this story so much! Why do I feel that there is an element of truth in it, as impossible as it seems.
Very nice

Amazon...
Yes...
Commenting on Amazon is a frustrating experience. I can say though, as a new author, that it's really important to get those reviews. It helps with Amazon making recommendations. The more and better the ratings--with comments--the higher the likelihood that the book will show up in their recommendations to others.

Sorry to be a pest.
I read this whole thing before, but it is just as nice the second time. I'm feeling very impatient. :)

Patreon?
I'm sorry, Gwen. I don't understand. The story ran on BC (and is still posted there)--the newer content will be in the published book on Amazon, not on Patreon.
I am pre-posting some stories on Patreon to help raise money for the site, but they will ultimately be posted on BC.
I'm glad you like the story!

Fantastic first part
This story is and continues to be one of my favorites of yours. I bought part one and hungrily devoured the contents within two days. I enjoyed the new additions to the story and I look forward to seeing parts two and three for sale soon!
Thanks!

I downloaded and read it last week but ...
... whilst I really enjoyed it as far as it went, I found the repetitive writing style somewhat irritating. The story is told from several POV, each in the first person but much of it is virtually a copy/paste exercise, particulalry the dialogue and rarely either offered more information about the different characters nor, in most cases, moved the story on. It could be reduced in length considerably without losing anything.
Never the less I want to know more and, assuming it remains on Kidle Unlimited, I'll certainly read the following parts.

Yes, multiple POVs...
It is written that way, and some don't like the style. However, I disagree that it wouldn't lose anything to distill it down, especially as the story moves along. Yes, it would the story along quicker, but I wanted to fully describe the mindset of the characters. I can say that, now that the main characters have been set up, there will be less repetition, but it will remain in several POVs. And, yes, it will stay on Kindle Unlimited.
