For Friday the 13th, I present a challenge to everyone on the site.
- Find a story that you like, but instead of clicking on it to open it up, click instead on one of the categories the story is tagged with.
- Then scroll down to the bottom of the page where you can go to the next page with stories under that category, click on 9 and then scroll down again and click on 13.
- pick any story on that page and read it
I read a few stories from 2014, under the "Child" category. Some I had read in the past, and others I hadn't. All were good. Don't forget to give Kudos and/or comment. The authors will love to see some of their old stories being read.
Enjoy, have fun, and discover some good stories.

Story Tags
Find a story you like. Click on one of its tags. Go to page 13 of the tag display. Pick a story. Read it.
I'm in the middle of "Cinders and Ash" by Jenny North.

Search vs story tag
I initially had the instructions to do this through the search engine, but the search didn't give enough information about the stories it came up with. If you click on a story tag, it will give story information just like it is on the Home Page. For this challenge, I don't care which way you do it, it is just trying to get you to read a story off the 13th page. I even read the 13th story on that page. I didn't put that in, for that might be a chapter or one that has a tag you avoid.

My Story
The story that I found and read was "Cinders and Ash" by Jenny North.
BTW, Fictionmania has an old drabble of hers, an SRU story: "Getting the Message Across". It's precisely as long as it needs to be.
