glad
EUROPEAN food is produced in better conditions than US - and your stupid leader thinks we should buy from you, should be other way around!
Madeline Anafrid Bell
LOL
Three words...Mad Cow Disease.
As far as growing vegetables, what is the difference? We grown them in dirt, you grown them in dirt. What is it that the EU does that makes it so much better? Does a priest bless the dirt before planting or you sing to the vegetables so they grow in a more relaxed and inspirational environment? Or is it how in some of the EU the government involvement and regulations causes inflated prices?
As far as the 2nd part of your statement, I don't live in Europe so I don't feel I have the right to share my thoughts and opinions about European leaders especially if those thoughts may be considered insulting. Just something for you to consider :)
We the willing, led by the unsure. Have been doing so much with so little for so long,
We are now qualified to do anything with nothing.
Avoid what?
Because of how they are produced?
I buy locally produced fresh food. All the meat comes from 2 or 3 local (As in within 20 miles) organic farms as do the eggs and milk. I'm coming to the end of the veg that I grew last year but there is a super organic farm 6 miles from me.
As for not going out and all that. If you have family close then great but there is a lot of us here who don't have that luxury and may not be able to afford to pay for the supermarket to deliver a pint of milk.

Well, I didn't claw my way to the top of the food chain,
so I could GRAZE! Humankind is OMNIVOROUS..which loosely means that we can eat both veggies AND meat! That's how I got to where I am and that's the way I will continue.
Actually, I don't LIKE vegetables all that much... or at all... so, so much for that!
As regards deliveries...Check with Instacart, Grubhub, Ubereats, and Walmart. Some of those deliver and others will do your shopping for you to just pick up.
Scuse me while I go eat a steak. A REAL meat steak!

As a T-woman, I do have a Y chromosome... it's just in cursive, pink script.
Sounds like Vegan propaganda
Sounds like Vegan propaganda to me!

What borders on stupidity?

Home Food Delivery may not work for you
My daughter, who lives in a heavily populated suburban area, has been using home food delivery for several months. But yesterday when she called to place her regular order she was told the time for delivery would be at least two weeks from time of order instead of the next day. She has checked all the other providers and their delivery dates are the same or longer. Even going to the store for pickup of a called in order is at least several days.
Good luck everyone and continue to believe we will get through all this.
Lots of hugs, Sarah Ann
