It was Halloween night and Ted, the cabbie picks up a nun in front of the mall.

She gets into the cab, "Please take me to Saint Barnabas Catholic Church."

"Yes Ma'am," he replies, then he drives too the destination.

Then as they arrive at a red light, she notices that the very handsome cab driver won’t stop staring at her, Why are you staring at me."

He replies: "I have great respect for nuns, I have a question to ask you, but I don’t want to offend you."

She answers, "My son,[giggle] I can assure you that you cannot offend me. When you’re as old and wise as I am and have been a nun as long as I have, you get a chance to see and hear just about everything.[giggle] I’m sure that there’s nothing you could say or ask that I would find offensive,"she laughed.

"Well, ever since I was a boy, in school, I’ve always had a fantasy to have a nun kiss me."

She responds, "Well, let’s see what we can do about that."

They pull over and the nun fulfills the cab driver’s fantasy with a deep kiss that would make most blush. When they get back on the road, the cab driver starts crying.

"My dear child,” said the nun, why are you crying?"

"Forgive me but I have sinned. I lied and I must confess, I’m married!"

The nun says, in a very deep, masculine voice "That’s OK. I'm a guy like you and I’m going to a Halloween party."

Old & Lame

This joke is so old it has a long, grey beard.

Jokes that are essentially just reposts should be posted as blogs, not stories.

BTW, the US courts have ruled that short jokes like this are not copyrightable because it is impossible to prove who came up with the joke first. Same applies to recipes and certain kinds of simple lists, content that cannot be classified as to determinate origin. A book of jokes or recipes is copyrightable though, the copyright extending to the arrangement of the jokes or recipes.

Hugs,
Erin
