It left off rather well in a bad way, I am not sure if that was intentional or not.... but I was just wondering if there is more then 5 instalments somewhere, or even fan made ending or whatever?

Which is weird, as it usually blocks links, but after allowing 3 blocked page redirects, in a row, I get to the usual Dodgy sign up to our site, and get 1000s of free Books, that are sold on legit sites like Amazon, and that's where I found it on sale, though it appears to start differently, from the Look Inside snippet.

I'm not sure it's even the same story, as Sister's Pet, but I've only got that Amazon Snippet to go off.

The story in question is about a young boy that gets caught by his sister (I know cliche) wearing her dress, running around with a dog to get him out of the flower garden.
Takes him shopping, photographs him blackmails him, extorts him & then when/if that was not bad enough she exposed him making out for the first time.... with his best male friend, via a video on youtube & notifications sent to EVERYONE at school.....
It is heartbreaking.... he skips the rest of the dy and throws himself off a cliff.... he does not die and against his wishes is rescued by a fisherman..... he shares his woes & due to statement's asked the fisherman & he said he knows about being a pyriah because he is a pedophile... then the story open-endedly closes there.....
It is why I am frantic to make sure he is ok & that bitch sister gets what she deserves.... fisherman I will give a pass for rescuing him as long as he doesnt do anything stupid... I mostly care about 'jenny'... he admits to his sister that he is transgender & she uses that against him & treats him like well an enslaved submissive.... it is heartbreaking... I like happy endings and retribution
