Sometimes Authors here and other similar sites even... can go posting every day to being completely awohl for years before another installment is made on their works.
I too hope 'cassandra', and many others are not 'up in the air' for long either.... I really enjoy stories, 'cassandra' being one of them

Yes. Here is the current status for this awesome story.
In September, 2019 Persephone published a note titled Where's Cassandra. In it Persephone says she is currently taking a year long college course to be certified as a teacher. She definitely plans to eventually write "and complete the last two or three chapters" but we aren't likely to see them for a while.
