Has anyone else lost votes?
I checked my stories today to find that half a dozen or so have lost all their votes--not even zeroed, but gone completely
Has anyone else noticed this and if this subject has already been raised, my apologies.

I don't see any of your stories with no votes. I'm not sure what you're talking about. Which stories?

Title Pages
Could it be that the stories without votes are Title Pages? I added them to the listings in My Stories on Saturday but there are no votes for Title Pages because I thought that votes should go to the story parts instead and voting for Title Pages might take away from that. Do you have some stories that are mistakenly counted as Title Pages?

I still haven't figured out how to vote and what the significance is of the votes my story is getting. Are the votes I receive good, bad or indifferent. I have nothing to compare it to.

There is a little box at the top of every story, or part of a story. If you like what you read, and are logged in, you can scroll to the top and click on it to give it a vote. Except for the list of "recent popular" stories. No totals are kept (except on the writers own story page); no prizes are awarded. It is just a way to say "thank you" to the author.
Now go and vote for all my stories. OK?
