I am trying to track down a story I read some time ago on, I think, here Big Closet. I can't remember the title, author, or character names, so I have not had much luck searching for it.

The plot involved a man who enjoyed self-bondage who accidentally locked himself into a maid's costume/uniform. He normally stored the keys to his bondage gear in pockets in his corset, but on this fateful day, he forgot to take them out and lay them where he could get at them. Predictably, this led to various embarrassing hijinks, trying to get a locksmith to free him, the discovery of his cross-dressing by his wife, and so on. One of his pieces of bondage gear was a locked on collar with a little bell attached to it.
