I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but i'm looking for an old story i read on fictionmania years ago, i've spent a while looking but no luck, and am wondering if anyone else knows it?

From what i can remember it was a about a guy who was in an accident and the only way to save him was to have surgery to give him a vagina, the story then progresses into him coming to terms with his change, and how he accepts becoming a woman fully.

I think the story was split up into multiple parts.
