What does the question mean? Seriously, keywords work the way they work pretty much everywhere else on the internet.
Generally, you can click on a keyword in the header of a story you like and find other stories that use the same keyword in their header. BCTS has several different kinds and levels of keywords from Author and Audience Rating through Publication and Genre to Theme and Universe.
