I have trying to find a story that I read some time ago. The story starts out in either New York or Boston and the main character is a young man who sees an add for mail order brides and decided to try to trick the company with the help of a brothel of ladies who disguise him. On the train to his destination he meets an old lady and an orphan boy and is slowly changing into a girl but doesn't seem to realize she is female until she meets her husband and saves the boy from a hard life with the family who are only wanting him to do the work on the farm.

I thank you for your help with this.

OMG!!!

I hope so you don't mean to say that you forget how to read?! Please read first comment by Guest Reader dated by Sun, 2017/01/15 - 1:08pm!

P.S. Web archive here is "essentially piracy site"©. Don't mention a syllable of this here! It’s "Not quite kosher"©.

That Explains It...

Started to comment last night that I recalled it as an Anon Allsop story but couldn't find it on that author's story list here. (Wasted an hour or two last night looking elsewhere and searching different word combinations with no success. That would be the reason.)

Weird

I came on the computer and skimmed through blogs and most recent comments as I usually do lately.

What makes it weird is that, while doing so, I saw the link to this random solo at the top left of the home page:

It's not Anon's story, AFAIK, but you could read it if you like. There's a picture of a nearly naked girl attached to the story.

I believe I have read Anon's Mail Order Bride at some point in time, but it's been quite a while, and I don't remember much of it.

This Site is not a Piracy Site.

Sabersuit.png Anyone insinuating that "we" are a piracy site has no business being here.

Period.

I handled Anon Allsop's account for a few years and I know the author. I do not know what is going on "recently" but I will not let our authors be cherry picked by knock off thieves. If there are any "book handlers" from other countries joining or perusing our site to "scout for potential gold" to take, we will find you.
