Since this type of story always seems to be well received why not have a Music/Musician tag for stories like Sara Carrera, Danny, Twin Thing, 12 string, No Half Measures.
( likely more that I'm not aware of )

the tag just needs to be a way for the authors to identify the story as having a major character that is a musician.

Another tag suggestion
Another tag suggestion: Slice of Life. That tag would cover both school, home and/or work. Many stories here do fit that description.

Real World?
Does Real World cover Slice of Life?
I'm not sure about the music/musician thing, that seems sort of narrow and not quite general enough for a permanent tag. What about making it Performer/Stage/Cinema?

like I said, I'm not stuck on any particular tag, just something that can help narrow down search results for anyone looking for that particular story trope.

I would
suggest that the tag be 'Entertainment Industry' as that would cover the full range of sub categories within the industry such as Agent, Voice artist (eg Snowfall's The Station's Late Nite Princess and Bobbie C's Danny) and as Danny also becomes a Radio DJ and lead singer of a band.
I chose 'Entertainment Industry' as I can think of at least One character "Jen Stevens" of Bob Arnold's 'Zapped!' that is almost all save maybe script writer

Another suggestions ...
Museums should be another tag. (Another story for my series is going to be visiting a few museums in Connecticut (Valley RR, Connecticut Trolley Museum, New England Air Museums, Wadsworth (the oldest arts museum in the USA) and the Basketball Hall of Fame).
