To wish our lovely space puppy, Laika, an Extra-Special Very Happy Brthday. Inter-National Date Lines mess up my timing a little, but she was born on the Ides Of March, which is tomorrow by my calendar.

It is fantastic to see her gracing our site again, with suitably appropriate mermaids.

AGAIN?!!!

I thought I just had one of those last year...

It's early on the 14th here now but that mango
sitting on top of my fridge should be sweet + squishy
by tomorrow and getting that all over my face will be
the extent my birthday celebration. Being able to write
again after a four year hiatus is presents enough...

of drawing people's attention to me,
it's uncomfortable but i'd be sulking if you hadn't.
