Because if you go more than about six miles due east of my part of Wauwatosa you get very wet.

What's in a direction
About half of Wisconsin is to the right of Madison, the same can said of half of Wisconsin being to the right of Milwaukee, or Kenosha, both which are on the Eastern boarder of the state. Now go figure.
