His body shape, his face shape, his head shape, his feet shape and size would all collectively give him away. Human subconscious processing works a huge amount to produce a spontaneous image with a spontaneous reaction. Even getting it almost right would put him squarely in the Uncanny Valley.

He would have to just about pass or pass at a distance in guy like unisex clothing, but hair helps, too.
I'd say the above sizes and shapes might help or hurt his passing, depending on how they fit in the ranges of local girls/wimyn and also how he moves.

I am not sure why you insist on this lurid talk because most of us don't pass and this just makes us feel bad. I use clothing as camo, and most of the time all you can see is my hands and face. IMHO, voice is the best help, and a lot of voice change can be had without surgery by using a voice coach, or speech pathologist. I spent about $600 and did a lot of hard work. I don't care if you can get by with a Brazilian Bikini, if you sound like a truck driver, it ain't gonna work out good buddeee. 10-4?
