The BBC's server is geo-locked so non-UK internet connections cannot download TV programmes (although radio is fine). I have grabbed an mp4 copy of this programme and can upload this somewhere for non-UK viewers but there is the small issue of copyright and where to upload it, as well as it being over 300Mb in size. I am a little reticent to use any of my own webspace as this can be linked back to me very quickly using the right tools.

Yes, I find many videos on You Tube that someone has attempted to load for US viewers and they are blocked with the following message "Due to copy right laws, this video is not available in your country".
So what you are saying in your blog message is not out of the ordinary. I have also discovered that someone, somewhere, has generally found a way around these various laws and a person can view them if they just know how to go about it. I, personally, don't bother, because I feel that eventually the information will be released to the general world population in some manner, by the copy right owners.
