Never mind, I copy the link from Goggle then open firefox and put the link in
On Firefox, I Had to Get In...
…via the portal page, after I discovered via Google Chrome and Apple Safari that the site was live again..
I thought everything was OK in Firefox after that, but it gave me an "error-try again later" report when I tried to post a message reply. (I'm sending this one on the MacBook.)

And I Couldn't Stay In...
As long as I was selecting stories and then returning to the front page via the back arrow function, things were fine on Firefox. But I got stuck back on the Maintenance Page the first time I tried to use the logo at the top of a story page to refresh and return to the front. (Had to go back to the portal page to get in again.)
And once again this message reply wouldn't post from Firefox or even from Google Chrome; had to go back to the MacBook again.
Incidentally, this whole topic doesn't show on the front page, either in the blog title list on the left or in the messages collected at the bottom of the page under the stories. It does show up on the second ("more") blog page, in chronological order. I'm guessing it's because the original message is a forum entry (Just the FAQs) and not a blog.
