IE Bug fixed
for the time being. Like a London Bus. you wait for ages and then along come three.
IE is a browser that I avoid at all costs. IMHO, the sooner MS gives up on it and concentrates on making the rest of their OS secure the better.
No browser's perfect
I've had far more problems with FF than I've ever had with IE. And chrome and the rest don't even make it to the starting gate. On my worst day using FF, earlier this week, FF crashed 3 times in 5 minutes. With IE I can get something done. Crash reports are sent to Mozilla every time, along with my name and email add as requested by the crash report form. This has been going on for at least 3 months and I have yet to get any kind of response from them.
So yeah, give me IE, it's the only functional browser around.
I went outside once. The graphics weren' that great.
Firefox crashes?
Who knew?
I've been using Firefox ever since it was something else and I can genuinely say it has never crashed on me. Ever.
Mind you, most of my experience has been non-Windows. Having spent part of my life writing programs for Windows, I can well believe that might be part of your problem.

Yep firefox has crashed on me a number of times
BUT it is not nearly to the degree OG has reported. IE has improved over the year according to reviews but it provides no ability to be modified via add-ins and stuff so that is a big strike against it.
Few problems for me
I've had a few problems with Firefox. A couple revs in a row seemed to lock up on start up after the initial install. But that seems all fixed now. In the interim I downloaded SeaMonkey, another Mozilla product that performs much the same as Firefox.
It seems to me the IE spends a lot of time and effort playing catch up to Firefox. Maybe it just my distorted point of view, but that's how I see it.
I'm sticking with Firefox.

Oops
Sorry for the misinformation.
Just the same, Mickeysoft doesn't have a great track record with its 'fixes'. I think I'll stick to Dragon.
