Sephrena is doing great, and she wanted me to let you all know that all her operations are done and she is resting from them. She hopes to be out soon, but it may be another week. She also tells me how much she wants real food, and for some odd reason she's drooling at the food channel xD Why in the world would you watch that channel if you KNOW it's going to make you hungry, oh Seena-chan, you're so silly *huggles*

I've been there.
There was no food channel in 1980, when I was NPO( nothing by mouth) for 22 days, and I lost 36 pounds.
But I swear, every commercial was KFC, Sizzler's all you can eat ribs, etc.
Now, I wish I was that final weight, or no more than 10 pounds heavier.
