stopped watching after ep2 although the start was rather promising ...

Good.
I thought it was good. Might not be everyone's taste though. It's a pretty tense show. It focuses more on the t-woman's relationship with her son (and his half-siblings) than on actual hits. I liked it. Sadly, the show was never renewed after the first season and looks like it won't ever be. It ends on a pretty big cliffhanger (like you might expect) so if you can't deal with things not having resolutions you may want to avoid the show.
Found a bit on Youtube
It's got Chloe S. in it and it seems reasonably credible. Perhaps it was a bit heavy on the T part. I only think so because I certainly try to minimize that in my own life. The season is $33 on Amazon; a bit high if you don't mind my sayin'. It is not available for rental on Amazon.

Version on Amazon is Region 2 PAL Format
Many people in the US would have trouble playing the DVD's. Those that have a region free player (that can convert PAL to a US format out) would be better off to buy the series from Amazon UK for about $24.00 US.

So i watched the first two episodes and while i didnt see anything bad about it. It was just to dark and dreary for me to take intrest
