A suggestion about the Chatbox status on the home page, wouldn't it be better to show occupancy rather than current conversation, if any. A couple of other members have mentioned that they stay logged into the Chatbox long after any conversation has scrolled out of the que, which would then show as Chatbox empty, when of course they are still logged in but not conversing.
