I went out today, got my blood work done so my endo will have it when i see him in think in august, had to give a lecture at the nurse because the sticker thingies with my name on them, was my old name, she was arguing that no its the same as my ohip and i pointed out, hell no it isnt, erin amelia and derek joseph are two highly different names, fix the problem!!!, etc, so she did.
Then went to the mall, ran into my sister and mum, they left so i left, went to bestbuy crossing the road from the mall to the road to bestbuy and walking down the greenery, a car driving past yells out his window 'your a fucking freak!'
I was not scared just forlorn and confused well kinda lol, got upset looked over and had missed getting the sob's license plate otherwise i would have called 911 and reported him for harassement based on hate crime. at least it didnt make me want to hide in my shell like it normally would, sometimes u just gotta fight back...like kenny rogers said
'u gotta know when to hold em, know when to fold em and know when to walk away' :)

At least remember this?

Pity them
They are SO insecure in themselves that the mere thought that you are secure enough in yourself to walk down the street, openly, makes them feel they have to harrass you to bolster their egos.
with love,
Hope
Once in a while I bare my soul, more often my soles bear me.
you
are strong you are beautiful and you kick ass! sloppy hugs from a 6'4" goof .......me
it gets better
it really does, i started on hormones 5th July 2002 (oh wow i just realised it's been 10 years a few days ago).
anyway the point i was going to make, i had a neighbor tell me last week how amazing it is to see how feminine i look now compared to just 5 years ago when he met me.
yeah it can seem like forever, but hang in there
i saw my mum last weekend when i picked up one of my older sisters (we went to a goth nightclub), mum calls me Andrew and i think would be much happier never to see me again, much like my 10 brothers and 2 sisters that are very homo/trans phobic.
hey at least one out of 13 siblings things i'm awesome.
*hugs*
I agree with Hope

HUGS & KISSES RICHIE
There Are Always Fools
They are all over. They are the ones who are insensitive. Sometimes you are part of the they. It is human nature. So, have a stiff upper lip and remember you have the power to forgive.

Sorry there's so many a**holes out here
Erin -
I agree with everyone else that it's too bad that everyone so concerned about how you live your life that they cannot see to their own.
Stay strong.
Much more importantly
You need to know that regardless of anyone's opinion, you must always remember, while no man is an island, every woman is a tower of strength.
Just don't leave the tower doors open for the morons, okay?
Much love!
Wren
Erin, I know it can be hard...
But we know who you are and love you just for being the wonderful woman you truly are. It would be so wonderful if we could all be together to support each other and to hug and protect each other, but in away, we are. As members of this little online community we can give each other verbal support and hugs. I wish it could be something more meaningful.
Hugs,
Ole
