I think the intent is the same it usually is - to poke fun at both a celebrity and at drag queens. There seems to be some sort of "desire" (may be the wrong word) out there... As men in drag have been around for a long time - in "entertainment"... Milton Burle, Flip Wilson, Jack Lemon, Bing Crosby... The list goes on and on...

Don't they ever tire of it? It's the same thing time and time again... Over and over and over... It's kinda like the Song That Never Ends, imo. Eventually that song WILL end, because either the singer will get bored with the joke, or someone will literally kill them for being Way Too Annoying.
