Okay, so I was talking with a couple of the other National Novel Writing Month folks that are writing a superhero story, and the two "main" comic book universes came up. We started comparing each other's writing styles to characters from them. My word count being rather ambitious (see my other blogs), someone made the comment that I was a cyborg or a witch. I made known my preference to be known as a Word Witch (hee!). Then... someone else made the comparison to Galactus, the Eater of Worlds... I am (apparently) the Eater of Words. I have been dubbed the Lexivorous Word Witch. Yeah, that's all I had to say. Just thought that was nifty.

Hmmm.
Word eating witch huh. Lay off the vowells, all those e's and o's they make ya fat, high in calories or sumthin'. Lightly braise, toss with a bit of extra virgin, some greens and diced two-matoes and mix... yummy. Parmesan cheese? Well if you must, but lightly. Glass of soft red...ahhh
What?... ya want logic or sumthin'... er, what's lexivorious??
Kristina
Yummm.
Using logic, I'd say that herbivorous is veg eating, carnivorous is meat eating, so lexivorous would be word eating. Kind of makes the 'word' in 'Word Witch' superfluous, but hey, who's counting. I never been called anything that nifty!
I'd agree with Kris though. Try and stay away from too many vowels as they do appear fattening. Stick to eastern European lingo, they hardly use any vowels and look how skinny a lot of them are. 8)

Wyrd up.
Makes sense to me. What good's a Witch who can't spell?
Oh that's good
Mind you, noses run and feet smell, so how logical is that?
Burrrrrrrrrrrp!
Just ate a Galaxy myself!

What about the letter *I*?
I would think I is quite slimming. It is m, w, x, k, and such one should avoid, particuarly the capitals.
And consume puncutation in moderation.

The occasional K is all right, for breakfast, if it's a special K.

What borders on stupidity?
