Thank you!
I think you dropped a comma or may want to slightly revise
"posting in one day to one" kind of runs together...I had to read it 3 times to realize you meant on part each day :D (of course I just woke up recently).
Huggles!!

Revised
and added some more stuff.

Sure
Nothing really new, but it does put things all together in one place that you have discussed previously.
About illustrations: you might consider putting the size limitations for title page and in the story here also. I know you said the other day that illustrations for the teaser/title page should be no larger than xxx and in the story they could be a bit larger, but I certainly do not remember them and won't be able to find them when I need them. I hope to have a piccy or maybe two for the chapter of Kari I have yet to get written. That would be a couple of thousand words I don't have to write! ;)

Pic sizes
Current limits on uploaded pics is 400w x 300h pixels, unless one asks for special consideration (three people have so far). There's no need to put this in the instructions for uploaded files because the software is set up to automatically limit sizes. And, if I changed this, I'd have to change it in more than one place. I'm thinking of cutting the vertical dimension to 200 or 250. The horizontal limit is due to the three column layout here at BC and the fact that many people (~8%) still have 800w screens. A few have 640 but less than 1/2%, so I've stopped worrying about them.
A growing segment of people access the site on palmtops or phones with screens as narrow as 220. Don't know what to do about that but they are less than 1% of readers so far. Maybe I'll construct a special view for them. Currently, they can use the Feed view.

Advance prep
Yes, but knowing ahead of time allows me to prepare my illustrations by resizing/editing them so they are ready to go.

Software resizing of pics
The software currently resizes them within the limits automatically and you can also use the resize function manually. Thumbnails can also be generated semi-automatically, it's a checkbox when you upload. :)

Seems perfectly clear to me
I don't think you can make it any clearer without holding a seminar.
Anyway, however clear you make it, there will always be those who will figure that reading the instructions means you've failed - kind of like asking for directions. So there will always be those who don't bother and then will shout loudly when they've done something wrong or something happens they weren't ready for - because they weren't familiar with the instructions.
