It seems that all the sites that Piper (or her hosting service) provide servers for are down; TG Fiction as well as the others already listed is also down. Piper posted a note the other day on Crystal's Cyberboard that there was an intermittent problem with the drop to the servers from Verizon. I guess it's intermittent no longer!
But the mirror Maddy Bell site has the latest Gaby chapter, which will actually be the first chapter when Book 5 is finished. Here's the link:

Link worked fine for me using Firefox on an older G4 MAC. Not sure if that helps you but figured I'd toss it out for whatever help or info it might give you.

There was a line fault where the servers have been moved to. Hopefully things are fixed now and sites like maddybell.com, gabyzone.com and storysite.org, to name just a few, should all now be available for use.
