There's nothing going on at this end that would keep you from viewing that story.

On most browsers, you can clear the cache by holding down shift and clicking the reload button, which will at least clear the cache for the current page. For some browsers, it's control you have to hold down.

You can go into the preferences for you browser and depending on specifics, clear all browser caches at once. Careful you don't erase data you would like the browser to keep, like if you let it remember your user name on various websites.
