There was a certain amount schadenfreude mixed in with fascination when I read this story on a blogsite.
I don't have the blogsters permission for the link, but I've never heard of a blogger refusing traffic.

Stuck inside immobile with the sheath-dress blues again
Would make a great story for here with a bit of a rewrite.

I think we've all got stuck
at different times. It once took me half an hour to get a sports bra off, blessed thing rolled up and I couldn't get hold of it.
I've also been stuck with zips in dressing rooms - probably because I was too fat to get the thing on easily, plus the quality of zippers is very variable. I got stuck trying on a new cycling rain jacket, the zip caught a little of the lining and it took ages to eventually pull if off over my head - undoing it when I could see the problem was then easy.
I have nice medium size rucksack I use on holidays or when I'm walking which has several zip pockets with weather covers - the number of times I caught the zip on the cover and had to spend time fiddling with it, I hate to think.
But it's nothing compared to the the little boy I once saw in casualty - I'd taken my younger brother there with some sort of injury - and the little boy had caught his prepuce in his zip. Yep the eyewatering qualities of foreskin and I thought getting stuck in a jacket was bad!

I don't know why I never thought of it...
....how many times I ended up stretching stuff of my mother's when I couldn't contort well enough to grab the zipper. How many times I heard the cry, "Does anybody know how this got ripped?" And then years later being completely surprised when my mom said she knew all along? How I'd love the opportunity to get stuck in a sheath dress. *sigh*

Certainly we've all 'got stuck'!
My most embarrasing moment was getting stuck in my little white dress while changing in the van. It fitted perfectly when I bought it in Sorayas in Neath and my friend Mandy even complimented me on the dress, it fitted perfectly. However, when I tried to get it over my head whilst bent over in the van, it somehow got stuck. Mandy had to help me fight my way into it.
Now when I buy a size 12 I make sure the dress has open shoulder straps. If it's got sleeves (long or short,) I swallow my pride and buy a size 14. I've still got boy-sized shoulders even though there's no muscle.
This is the very dress in question and that's the van.
Growing Old Disgracefully
there might be a story idea in there somewhere
the possibilities are endless ...

I actually have the opposite
I actually have the opposite problem with one of my jeans.
The zipper keeps going down against my will. I agree with the jeans not wanting to have that 'thing' anywhere near me, But the jeans shall have to wait as long as I have to before it's gone...
grtz & hugs,

Lol I know that particular
Lol I know that particular problem. I actually like the jeans, but that'S way too embarassing. I guess it just means the zipper is broken :(

Your Title; it Rocks! If I could remember which Dylan Album it's progenitor is from, I'd say something funny about it, but what can ya do?
