Nice enough
An ad would appear everyday like the one for Pam's TGStories but if someone has information or something to sell that is targeted like this, I'm willing to let them post it.
These guys are so well-behaved, their link is even a target=blank one. I added them to the TG Shopping category. As long as they don't post these often enough to be annoying, it's okay with me. How often is too often? When I get annoyed, I'll know. :)

Erin

Nah, more like the former Speaker.

I went outside once. The graphics weren' that great.
Thank you!
I'll take that as a compliment.

They are expensive
the cheapest are nearly £90.00 and the next size is pretty well double that. I'll bet they'd be hot as hell and cause skin irritation after a while.

If they are theatrical grade
If they are theatrical grade prosthetics, they'll be expensive. Good, high density, flexible silicone isn't cheap. I've worked with some of it (not in prosthetics. Just in general)
Hot? Absolutely. The only way to reduce the heat on them is if they've been vented - little teeny holes running from the outside to the skin layer. (well, they could be heat piped, but you're then looking at 500 pounds, rather than 90. (A thousand dollars or more)
I'll get a life when it's proven and substantiated to be better than what I'm currently experiencing.
I was going to comment on that, too
I have a friend who does theatrical silicone in Hollywood, and silicone appliances for the drag shows. She's not affordable for someone who just wants something for everyday. Also, her stuff is made to just need a bit of makeup to blend in, it looks as if it were covered in skin. A treasure chest (upper body prosthetic) she made for one drag performer cost over $2000 and was not designed for everyday wear but, man-and-girl, was it authentic looking! It turned the performer, a Dana Carvey look-alike, into Raquel Welch. :)

What about alergies?
Well, yes, the cost might be prohibitive, but my concern would be alergies. Latex is horrible in just minutes. Cheap ear rings are verbotten. Geeze, I even have to watch my laundry soap.
So, these things would be HOT to boot?
Maybe in my next life ?
