I have noticed that SNICKERS has a commercial where Aretha Franklin is complaining,then eats a SNICKERS candy bar and becomes a guy and another where Betty White is playing American football,eats a SNICKERS candy bar and becomes a jock. Then there is the commercial about a credit card where a bearded guy calls himself Peggy. Has anyody else found Transgender Commercials ?

was switching to digital,
and the accursed box
went to the dump-

I spend so much time in front of another box, typing or reading away. LOL!!! But no, at least in front of the computer I'm interacting with something rather that let the boob tube fill my head with its brainless drone. Of course not everything on the tube is bad, only most of it. I saw some movies this weekend I enjoyed, so I suppose entertainment isn't entirely dead, only mostly.
Go to YouTube and search for 'Argentina transgender bank commercial'. In case you've never seen it, have a tissue handy. As someone else pointed out, most of the time we aren't favorably featured in commercials. This is certainly the exception.
There was a Citibank capaign a while back about identity theft protection, where the thieves' voices would come out of the victims' mouths. Many of them were cross-gendered.
Where the teenager is all dressed en femme and the mom comes in and shouts, "What are you doing in my clothes?"
The voice over goes, "Need a moment?" as he bites into a Twix (close up on the pouty lipsticked mouth)
and tries to come up with a non-TG explanation. A classic! (Naw, not really, but it would be refreshing...)
