Very few people are like these tossers but they do seem to corner the market.
Mind you, it's not always safe on the footpath. I remember walking, with my guide cane, near my house, and a middle-aged man rode around the corner on a bicycle. He was most upset that I was actually walking on the footpath and asked "Where do you expect me to ride, on the road?"
Good site though; I like the photo idea. Would it be legal to extend it to other wankers?

Like it! I have been slapped, spat on, pushed, had things thrown at me....some friends have resorted tohelmet-cameras and Youtube to put these oafs to the publcity sword.
Mind you, riding around Trafalgar Square one day with some friends, a male American voice called from a taxi "Gee, what a great ass!"
My female friend called out her thanks.
"Not you",said the cab passenger,pointing to her boyfriend, "Him!"

The Britishism "wankers" has always sounded to me as if they ought to come in several flavors and be sold in a little tube like Lifesavers. :) I suppose it could be cardboard tube to hold the little things, shaped like tiny dildos, or perhaps even smaller, life-size.
