It's funny
I always pictured you with really dark hair. If you go the wig option go with brunette or maybe with your coloring red or auburn. I like you necklace too. Thanks for the visual It helps to put a name with a face.

I know a lot of women with female baldness... myself included.
just part it in the middle don't try to cover what isn't covered by draping it.
Wear a little more dramatic makeup and stand proud. I am WOMAN!!! Hear me roar!
A couple things I would recommend to take the edge off people's opinions... breast forms and more curls. Hair accessories like bandeaus, and barrettes seem young but really seriously sway people's opinion.
When you stick out in the right places... people form 2nd, 3rd and even 4th opinions most closer to the desired one...
Best of times in transition... remember... in the beginning most of us stick out like sore thumbs... but over time [some more some less] it becomes 2nd nature to you and you will find suddenly people aren't
'reading you'.

ps. consider going blonde... the bare skin doesn't stand out in stark contrast that way.
