Location, location, location!
It's always the location that dictates the price. Here in my little town you can buy a four bedroom, two bathroom house for half the price of those little huts. And it will have a full basement too... along with a one car garage and parking for a boat, a travel trailer, and various toys (snow machine, four wheeler, motorcycle, etc...).
But I live in a small town located on Lake Superior in the middle of Canada. Not all that much to do around here unless you like the outdoors. In which case... it's paradise!
