I don't know whether this request is best posted here or as a blog. Have I chosen the right forum? I am such a newbie! I am looking for someone to help me create one or two visuals for my next "investigative report", this time about George W. Bush and the ambitions of his family to win the presidency again, despite its past record.
What I have in mind could be done either by photoshopping W's head onto another, more attractive body or by someone who does carriactures. For those who think that everything has been too cushy for Republicans lately, this will be a fun project. Any takers or names to contact?

I expect there are plenty of political web sites that will jump at the chance to bash Bush. Please give us poor souls a break from such drivel and take this elsewhere. I expect most folks here are like me, interested in reading good stories and a little escapism.

Stories are Stories
We don't restrict or attempt to restrict any stories here. Whether it's gay sex, shopping sprees, magic ointments, smoking fetishes or political viewpoints, stories are stories and that's what this site is about.
As long as it has TG content or is by someone who has previously posted TG content stories here, fiction is welcome.
It certainly is not in the spirit of the site to ask someone to post elsewhere, this is a friendly place.

I don't know if you've bothered to read my stories about Obama (the big secret of his "birth certificate" is the fact that he was born a female), about fluorescent lamps (a Chinese plot to sell the lake of mercury created by the First Emperor), about the Da Vinci Code and the Last Supper (John the Evangelist, it turns out, was TS). I doubt it you've read any of my work.
At least, I hope your rudeness was not rooted in utter disdain for me and my writing. The Bush story was going to argue that the family has decided that the two presidents so far were too masculine (as proven by their weak verbal skills and tendency to invade Iraq), and that the third Bush president will therefore be TG. To my mind, that's escapist enough. I needed someone to create a picture of what Bush 46 might look like. Now I won't bother with the story at all. I don't want to displease the Nancy Coles of the world.

In any case, I have resolved never again to post another story at this site. I have friends who post here (some of them quite popular) and I am urging them to abandon this site too. People are less nasty elsewhere on the web.

I suspect you're gone, and will never see this...
However, I now understand that your original blog was intended to look for help in a fictional effort to be shared here. I read it, several times, and as far as I could discern you were trying to do some work somewhere ELSE, and were trying to get help to lampoon a former president in a way that looked like actual journalism.
My reading of that - each time - is what lead me to not reply. Because the replies I crafted - each time were of the type I prefer to not use. I was basically going to say that I hoped people here weren't actively into presenting false information in the form of investigative reporting work - as if it were true... And sharing it around the internet.
I'm glad this wasn't the case, and I'm saddened that what I now perceive to be a miss-communication has caused you to depart the site.
