Don't usually find work of this quality on ASSTR. My what a pleasant surprise. Nice work. I'm going to do some more digging to figure out who the Author is so that I can thank them.

Thank you Gwen; I was going to ask that anyone who might have a clue to contact the author. I agree with you about the quality of the story. It was definitely heads and shoulders above the usual stroke off stories located there.

... belongs in BCTS. There are so many good things about it. The mystery, the growing love, the crisis, and resolution. They all make for an excellent read. Who is the mystery author?
