Good questions
I'll work on them. Someone had asked me about running an April contest but I don't remember who. Looks like its a little late for starting, maybe we'll just take the month off. :)

unwieldy
At what point does the box of links at the top become so large it defeats the whole purpose of having it? It pretty much crowds new stories down "below the fold" already. Eventually there won't be any room for new stories on the front page. Alright, I know that won't happen, but still . . .

I'm sure Erin and Co. will get around to the 'normal' stuff just as soon as 'normal' becomes available again.
Meanwhile let's all just thank them for the sterling work they have been doing. I'm not sure what I would do without this place to keep me well informed - and entertained.
