Blah! Blah! Blah!
Hey kids...do I look bored? Well I am...Sally DiMaggio here...Aunt Andrea and Aunt Jill asked me to talk to you guys about this challenge thingy they started last month... WTF ...shoulda had it done, huh? Well...
They're just about ready to put up the results of the February Based on a Song Challenge.
After some serious thinkin' and a lot of coffee, they're askin' everyone who submitted a story, a song, a poem, or any other written creation to look at the list below. If you don't see you work in the list, contact Andrea immediately to make sure your work is included. Some stories and other works were submitted before a link was created. Once again...I think Aunt Andrea said..."Oopsies." Aunt Jill just shook her head. I'm not sure but I think she's got a migraine. Anyway...

Cripes!
I evidently had a busy month... do my eyes deceive me or did I scribble out six bits of random nonsense for that contest?
The question is, can I get my brain into gear before the end of the month (a week's time) to thrash out something for the "March of Fools" contest? I'm tempted to keep a copy of Notepad.exe open at work to fill in moments of boredom... :)
As the right side of the brain controls the left side of the body, then only left-handers are in their right mind!

I read all of what you called "random nonsense" over the last few days. It wasn't. Some was quite good. All of it seemed worthy of interest.
Andrea has been working herself into a state over this contest . . . and that State is NJ. Have pity! Help her complete the list of entrants so we can end this thing and offer her asylum. . .or a stay in an . . . . Uhmmm. Help.

I'm Fatter, I mean...
Flattered, or at least I think that's what I mean. More to the point, I'm not real sure I like being at the top of the list there, but I'll deal.
I'm actually pretty proud of my effort this time around,. The muse was rather aggressive and wouldn't let go of my neck until I told the story the way she meant it, spiteful suicide and all. Anyway, stories of Muse abuse aside, I like what I wrote, I kinda hope yawl do too.

I may not have gotten a lot
I may not have gotten a lot of writing done lately, been too busy with rl, but I did get one in the original time frame, Mother Nature's Girl and one more for good measure that Andrea posted after I gave it to her, I want a new Bra.
It was fun, though I will never be a song writer.
Hugs,
Kristy
