he was trying to put his hand over her mouth to stop her nagging, and then she jabbed her hand into his armpit, thereby dislocating his arm. He in turn is trying to do a knife strike on her for making him feel like a lesser man, and she's laughing at his silly tirade.

Men!! go figure.
