Am I missing something?
There is no "Comment" bar at the end of "Sarah Palin" (on my screen anyway).
Is this an error or a pre-emptive measure to prevent a flame war?
I just wanted to say that the story explains everything, but how does she spell "potatoe"?

The spell checker in Firefox spells it 'potatoe' ?
What, was it written by Dan Quayle?
Not in my UK version.
The Firefox spell checker for UK English offers the correct spelling without the 'e' at the end.
I think including that well known and embarrassing spelling mistake by Quayle (it was even widely publicised over here) would have been a neat touch in the story and added verisimilitude :)

When I read it, I did not notice that the comment mechanism was not working.
I did not notice any comments, when I read it and so I was going to make a comment. Then decided, to try and act mature and not start a war of words, because on reflection my comment would not have truly served a good purpose.

I was a little afraid...
I've got some pretty strong feelings against Sarah Palin... and I've been blasted on another forum for being rather tactless about it.
When I read the story, there were no comments (I didn't realize there was no comment bar), and I was a bit afraid to be the first. I didn't want to start a flame war.
It was cute and funny.
Old as the hills.
I have not found in this story for myself ABSOLUTELY anything new. Just next FF story with all attributes.Unless earlier (as far as Iknow) the senator did not become a victim never. Well all once happens for the first time.
P.S. For some reason it seems to me that Erin just about will swat our discussion as a fly the newspaper.
