I am a HUGE fan of Tanya Allan. She had some health issues a couple of months ago and I was under the impression that she was on the mend. That being said, she has not posted on this site or her own in almost two months. Is she OK? Does anyone have any info? I wish her well and hope to see more of her work soon. I REALLY miss it, it's wonderful writing.

I was online in mid-December and I wrote her a pm
...she wrote me back on the 12th saying that while she had a rough year, that she was on the mend and hoped that this year would be much better. I haven't heard from her since, but I've noticed her name as being on line a few times since then.

Hi everyone,
I'm sorry that I seem to have let you down, but as has already been mentioned, I've had some ill health and a tough time with family, my parents are both infirm and elderly and live 500 miles away. So, please bear with me.
To cap it all, I've gone back to finish my degree, so am studying as well as writing as often as I can. I'm determined to finish all the books I've started, and hopefully will try to publish some for payment, as a girl has to live.
Seph has been an absolute Godsend, and I'm desperately trying to catch up with all my friends with whom I've sort of lost contact.
If I've not contacted you, then I apologise, I shall try to return any messages left for me here or on my personal email.
Here's hoping I can get back into the swing of things.

...to have you write that you're going back to school is not only news, but encouraging, since it is one more indication that you're doing better, which, as Heather indicated was our main concern. We're just glad that you're okay, and I expect that you'll be getting more messages that wish you well. God bless!
