Good fer a veggie dip, fry dip, burger or dawg topping, of course salad dressing... so many tasty uses! It's so easy my sister could make it!
¼ Cup ripe avocado (or ½ Cup, depending on taste)
½ Cup sour cream
¼ Cup buttermilk
1 ½ teaspoons distilled white vinegar
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon dried parsley
¼ teaspoon dried dill weed
½ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
1) Mash avocado in a bowl, then stir in sour cream, buttermilk, and vinegar.
2) Sprinkle with salt, parsley, dill, onion powder, and garlic powder.
3) Stir until well blended, chill until ready to serve.
