just a little heads-up.

I have changed my Index slightly, as the action in S E E is moving up-river.

An overview of some of the changes:

- New section for each mentioned country (to make it easier for me to add stuff as the story gets there, and make it easier to find stuff)

- Tidying up month names and how the year-end is handled

- Adding separated categories for various things

- Removed some typos

- Removed some blank table lines
